The Karnataka Educational Awards 2025 proudly recognized Shamira Sultana as an Education Expert for her outstanding contribution to the field of teaching, academic leadership, and student development. With an illustrious career spanning more than 15 years, she has emerged as a role model for educators across the state.

Shamira Sultana’s academic journey is marked by excellence and versatility. She holds a B.A., B.Ed., and M.A. in English Literature, along with a Diploma in Computer Applications, and has qualified the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) twice, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and high teaching standards.

Her career began as a Center Head, Computer Faculty, and Spoken English Trainer at Smart English Academy, Mandya, where she transformed learning spaces into platforms of skill development. She later served as an Assistant Lecturer at Abhinava Bharti College, before moving on to a crucial role as Academic Coordinator and Trained Graduate Trainer at Kendriya Vidyalaya, Mandya. Currently, she continues to inspire learners as a Post Graduate Trainer at Capitol Public School, Mysuru.

Throughout her career, Shamira Sultana has been known not only as an educator but also as a mentor, motivator, and guide. She firmly believes that education should go beyond textbooks and examinations. Her vision emphasizes future-focused learning, preparing students to succeed in their careers, leadership roles, and life challenges. She is deeply admired for instilling confidence, curiosity, discipline, and values among her students.

Her innovative teaching methods and leadership qualities have earned her the respect of peers, parents, and students alike. She has been instrumental in shaping academic strategies, conducting effective training programs, and creating a learning culture where students feel motivated and empowered.

Recognizing these contributions, the Karnataka Educational Awards 2025 conferred upon her the prestigious title of Education Expert, celebrating her role in nurturing talent and shaping the future generation.
